When we approached this project, the building was two flats that the owner wanted to transfer into one. We completely renovated the house both internally and externally and knitted the two flats into one house. We extended the ground floor outwards and sideways.

We completed extensive remodelling of both front and rear gardens and built a large studio, used as a TV den, which is at the end of the garden.

Completion Date July 2013. Contract Period 36 weeks.
